I have never gotten it to work in MA. In fact, I haven't even gotten the Porsche app to work. I ended up just paying for the charge through the EA app. I'm driving to Cape Cod on Monday morning and will be stopping midway an an EA. I'm wondering if this thread should be giving me hope.

Looks exactly like my problem. What are you doing for reboot? Are you doing the "two-finger" reboot that gets you into the engineering menu?

The trick was to tap the SXM button in the media console while it wasn't grayed out for a few seconds after the restart. If you missed that window, it would go gray and not work.

I scanned the EA ApplePay pass. They had no clue about the free plan. However, I have a credit card on file and they charged it. It was $.32 per minute and I was close to 70% SOC after 15 minutes. I'll try the other apps next time and see what happens.
