You get an (automated I think) email form Porsche Connect when your car finishes production, before transport. Then you can make add the car to your Porsche ID and you know it's coming. Still have to count 7-10 days after that (in my experience) before the car is at the dealer.
One more reference point here. I have a 32A/220-230V charger which theoretically would mean a 7.0-7.4 kW charger. However, for some reason my charger only delivers about 6.8kW (I can see that through monitoring) and the car only reports 6.1-6.3kW charging to the battery. The rest are losses...
No connection here since December 18th.
I contacted Porsche connect over this issue, they couldn’t “see” the car either so they said to go to the dealer. It’s not always the server side so it seems.

Doesn’t make a difference. But even in private mode the modem still communicates for SOS and authentification.

Mine is exactly the same. Don’t have comfort access and put the keys into metal box to make sure there is no comm.

I do have major issues with Porsche connect, which doesn’t work at all any more. Car goes into the dealer at the end of jan to sort things out.
Excellent post! I'm currently trying this (temporary) solution and so far... no alarms :clap:
Disconnecting the connect service for the alarm through the PCM did the trick. Drawback being of course that if the alarm goes off, you won't get notified in the app.
Same here: MY22 4S CT with ACC but no options other than security and data. Cannot add ALK, Innodrive or PIRM even if I wanted to (already have power steering plus).
According to our dealer until now for them all of the MY22 Sedans and CT's are affected. I didn't ask about MY21. Porsche is working hard on a solution and he expects that we'll be contacted when a fix is available.
