4+ years ago I got a Taycan deliberately without the screen, fully expecting something like this would come soon...
After waiting all that time, I just got a new Taycan _with_ passenger screen... /facepalm
Actual automatic braking I've only had once early on in my 2021 when driving into a tunnel with a metal mesh (water drain) in the ground. Fairly sure they fixed that with an update as I've never had it since.
The "take control of the steering wheel" message would be annoying at times and would...
At least MY25 does have this now. One of my annoyances of my previous taycan fixed.
I've always suspected it was doing that. At least initially. Seemed better after updates but even then often unreliable.
I often end up with my finger above the button only to just press it exactly when auto...
What's your procedure?
All my life in any previous cars, I put in one leg first, sit down and then bring in the other leg.
This turned out to be impossible in the Taycan for me. A few awkward tries initially and then I trained my self to just keep two feet on the ground, sit down (side ways)...
Automatically stop? For a curb? Yeah... no... I don't think this person is familiar with the car at all.
Sounds like their finger slipped of the gear selector (or they outright pushed it the wrong way) and then in a panic, because the car moved in an unexpected direction, they stomped the...
Ah that was it... I remembered there was something special with it, but I forgot what. Then again, I just put it back and then had to use it again the next day. The cord seemed to be fine. And I've never heard about them replacing it, but maybe they did when they replaced the charger.
Only for...
Both ports are electronically linked, so I suspect it's likely a single fault (a sensor or whatnot) that causes both ports no not open. Not necessarily an insane coincidence.
There's an emergency cord in the door frame, near the top door hinges. Behind a plastic or rubber plug. It unlocks a...
I got them from ali express or banggood or whatever. Maybe €10 or so for a pair. They click right in.
Note that the ones OP is showing will not be the best for the rear doors as the top part of the logo is obscured by the door trim. Better get ones with a slightly smaller picture there.

At least in the earlier model you can get the outside temperature to display on the top right of the center console screen. I think just tap around there, or on the gear wheel near there somewhere IIRC.
I've seen it happen too. Kind of random. Not very often. Have never been able to figure out any pattern.
My guess has always been that some OTA update, and/or reboot of one of the related systems causes it to go to its default state.
Which sux and makes it pretty dangerous to park over a high...
+ I love gadgets so the passenger screen would be great
- PCM didn't work for shit anyway (2020 model year)
- I assumed some smart aftermarket manufacturer would develop a simple but full fledged Android tablet with the correct dimensions that would just pop in there.
Still waiting for point 3...
It's a nice route. Charging in France, Spain and Portugal is all pretty decent. I was never in a hurry and sometimes set navigation to avoid tolls, which makes running into fast chargers less likely. Or worse: that the navigation directs you to the wrong side of the fence of the highway parking...
Pretty sure it's the P button for emergency brake. But now I'm not sure anymore if you're supposed to hold it or just press. I assume hold.
Whether the On/Off button does anything while driving, I'm not sure. I suspect not.
Possibly because the On/Off button is also the emergency brake when your brakes fail. But then you don't want an accidental touch to start throwing out the anchors.
