Had the same issue when backing into my garage, slight slope in the driveway.. For some reason putting the car in the highest setting helped with that issue.
I tried to replicate it again but this time I stayed in the car. It didn’t come again because battery temp stayed at around 121. I think the turtle mode was turned on because the battery temp got too high.
I was charging the car in a 350kw charger and got that turtle sign on the dashboard.
Background: I charged at a 150kw charger at the beginning of the trip drove 3 hours on the highway and then pulled in for a second charge (arrival SOC was 22% and battery temp 94, using PIRM) I initiated the...

My first road trip last weekend, I plugged into a 150kw charger and was actually charging at 173. Next day I plugged into a 350kw charger and was charging at 248 so not bad at all. From 9-80% in 20-21 minutes
Love the car but of course the usual snags (alarm for example). For some reason plug and charge didn’t work with EA for some reason had to use my CC. Of course the first one I tried didn’t work and had to change the charger and dealt with a mustang taking the 350 and had to charge from 150...
reviving this old thread to give my two cents. I don’t know if it’s an issue with my sea sucker or pano roof. They don’t work on pano roof. Put it on last night and took it for a test drive. Wouldn’t stay on more than few minutes at the time. The front rail kept losing suction, had to park on...
My dealer went silent on me today, called the other one and confirmed car still available. I’ll be picking it up Thursday if all goes well. Wish me luck. I guess bye bye 2021 I have to let it go.
That’s my thought process but with a timeline deadline. I am moving back to NY in 5 weeks from Nj. You don’t pay sales taxes on electric cars in New Jersey. If I miss the on available now, who knows when the other one will come or another car in general.
For a background for those not familiar, I ordered a 2021 CT4 back in June 2021 which entered production in July 2021 and still stuck in emden. I found a 2022 CT4 in a dealership two hours away, missing from it the following options (comparison to my build)
1. Thermal and noise insulation glass...
