You're correct. There are many assumptions about battery recalls due to what happened to Chevy Bolt and Jaguar i-Pace and they both used LG battery like Taycan (different battery chemistry). Both of these companies issued software updated first but end up replacing the entire battery or buy back.

It happens to my Taycan all the time plus all kinds of weird action with each windows, it's not consistent with each window. I gave up on trying to figure it out. They do work 95%.

My experience: After you enter the car, CLOSE THE DOOR, and press the brake, the ignition will switch on automatically. When the driver's door is open, you'll have to press the power button to power on the car.

I left a Tesla unplugged for 2 weeks many times before and never experienced such huge battery drain, I thought 68% is good enough, and expecting around 10-15% battery drain during this trip, expect the battery around 50% when I return. I parked in my garage, I have "Exclude Home" enabled.

My Tesla was charged at 68% and dropped to 16% in 10 days, I had to ask a friend to go to my house to charge before I return. Never seen such aggressive drop in my pervious Tesla.
