I charged overnight, and by checking the charging graph the PMCC kept charging with no issues. So I think it doesn't overheat when charging, however it showed the overheating problem when the car is plugged in and not charging. Maybe it's the CPU of the unit that's overheating? The PMCC is...

But again, the car is NOT charging, the PMCC finished the charging session at 7AM and I came to check the car at 2PM (cable still plugged to the car) and I found that is very hot.

My garage is getting warmer these months, probably around 35°C, but that shouldn't be a problem for any EVSE (including PMCC) when NOT charging. What EVSE do you use? I prefer something mobile for long road trips.

How much was the battery percentage when you left it? Porsche recommends to keep the car between 50% and 80% when leaving it for more than a week.

That's what I did last time, but apparently the car is still in the port, not yet on vessel. I'd like to know which logistics company Porsche (VW in general) uses to ship to North Africa, that way I can identify it manually.
