I just posted on another thread, went to my dealer yesterday and the sales guy said there are no plans to change the steering wheel to automatic, any taycan came with the manual steering wheel will stay that way. Plus, I don't have the automatic tightening seat belts either. Everything works...

I checked with my dealer yesterday, they were saying that option is only for Macans and not for Taycan, since in Taycan they were able to install the manual controlling steering wheel. Same goes for seat belts, they skipped automatic tightening seat belts and power steering in mine. What a mess!

That is interesting discussion about power steering wheel. I never knew that mine supposed to come with power or manual. I thought I missed that in configuration but was too excited to even asked about it. There were no notifications that my car is coming with Manual Steering wheel. Anyways...

In full agreement. I think it is better than what I used to have in my BMW, Harmon Cardan or something like that. I never go above 9 or 10 in volume and it is plenty of power and clarity.

I think they have sold all the allocations for this year, that is why they are giving 6months delivery time. My RWD was delayed about 3 weeks, which wasn't that bad. TYD was the best tool to track it until it got the Bencia port, then there was 3 week delay before they updated it.

Do make sure that they are not offering partial hood, that would look bad, you can see the PPF half way down on your hood, normally they offer 18 or 24inches on hood, unless they are covering entire front ( I think it is called front burial ). Also, price seems really high, you can get the full...

I went with the PB+. The standard seats are really good, no complains. I did get 14 way seats ( came with premium package ). I wanted extra range and absolutely for no reason, so I went with the PB+, I checked the standard and leather seats and couldn't justify the 4k plus cost.

Where do you get the better range? Highway or non Highway driving? I am new to EVs and very excited that I am getting about 270 miles range on my RWD in non highway driving . I am going by the battery charging status ( shows how much range do I have ) and consumption information on the screen...

Doesnt look liike a long term solution, the ac charger can heat up again and valve can go out again...oh man. Lets hope they come up with a bettef solution. How long ago they fixed that for you?
