I guess they don't wrap plastic because the longevity is poor. And any decent wrapping company won't want to be associated with social media stories of their wraps starting to fail after xx months.
That is one ugly bolt-on! I'm shocked Porsche has come out with such a poor implementation. Either the head-up unit is massive or they forgot all about this feature and only realised 10 days ago! So they panicked, raided the spare parts locker and stuck the first head-up display they found on.
Austin, did your dealership send you that screenshot of the progress?
I can't imagine how frustrating it is for you, knowing your car is just sitting there while others have been delivered
Nice, not long now then! You must be in the first batch of Taycan's arriving at Silverstone.
We kept on adding to our original builds which has pushed ours back lol
Like wise, only poking fun at the thought of it. Apologies Skystorm if it comes across the wrong way!
Wow, Jazz brings back childhood memories!! Might still have him somewhere with the others! Can't beat the 1st generation toys with rubber tyres!
As you say, must be a prank or misunderstood!
Completely agree! must be a prank or it was misunderstood!
I honestly can't see why a Tacan needs to blow off it's wheels anyway. Even James Bond didn't have that feature in his Aston's!
I'd be inclined to think dealers will be on less margin for the Taycan because it's a brand new platform that doesn't yield Porsche the profit margins that their traditional ICE ones do. I'd also can't imagine Porsche knowingly allowing their dealerships to heavily discount one of their new...
I’m not a fan of their concept. It kind of makes the Taycan have a face! Instead of a Japanese happy face that some vehicles have, my stupid brain makes me see a reptilian face, such as a snake (fog lights are two front fangs)!!
