Today as Porsche spilled the beans on the electric Macan, they again confirmed the Cross Turismo. And no word on the Sport Turismo. In Norway there are now 2700+ reservations for the Taycan (sedan) :D

I want the Sport Turismo. But so far, also in the above link, only the Cross Turismo is confirmed for production so far.
