The 20in wheels are great even on mountain roads which get pretty beat up by the winter conditions. They get better range as well according to Porsche, and (critically) look way better than the 19s. Apart from the $ I don't think there's a great argument for sticking with the standard wheels.

It's the same leather quality, full leather just covers the dash and doors etc. Olea is the higher quality leather for more $$$.

You can have heating for the standard wheel and the difference in girth is not that much from the GT. Like a lot of these options it's not at all necessary, but when you're specifying a car for yourself, why not if it makes you happy.

It's far from perfect especially in the way it prefers "porsche" chargers which don't really exist, but the thing I like about the built-in nav is how well it estimates range. Vastly better than abetterrouteplanner. The traffic warnings are pretty accurate as well.

The Taycan does/can have it, I know because I've seen the warning come up on the screen. However like all the similar warnings it's never triggered for anything useful. I wouldn't lose sleep about not having it. I have Innodrive and surround view, for what it's worth.
