I checked with the Porsche Connect team. They do not have any information about how to reset the PMCC nor the Back Office system:(

@EarlOfCarrick, no I have not found a solution. I will bring the PMCC to PC next week and let them deal with it. I have another charger available.

SW ver. 2925 It was the first time I installed it. Took delivery last year (MY2020), but never tried to configure it before last week. I did not get the QR code setup. Had several tries with the PMCC powered of for hours in between.

I experienced the same error message as @EarlOfCarrick, and I belive it is a sw bug. During the wifi setup after a factory reset, I received an update which was downloaded and installed. I didn't get any error messages then. The download of sw shows that the PMCC was connected to the Internet...

Yes, it’s the same problem. I got mine updated a weekend ago.

The camera has its own wifi. You connect to that wifi with your phone, meaning you have to be nearby :( However, with a help from a techie, you may find away around it by adding a repeater or gateway connected to the cameras wifi. Never tried it, just in theory:)

My PC had not received any information about a rear camera. It may be a bug showing options for a rear camera. I assume that Porsche reuse the Audi app, which support front and rear cameras, and only change the GUI. They have just missed to disable the rear camera option, when the App is not...

I will show my PC your findings, when I pickup my Taycan from service today.

Did PSC Bergen use tone generator in their search? PSC A&B did not know of the tool and did the search the regular way - test driving They did find something, but it was not in the direction I pointed out. I tip the PCS about the Tone Generator app. Hopefully, they can use it for the next customer.

I just delivered mine for service regarding this issue and another thing. I was told that there will be a campaign for the spoiler issue, and they will probably not try to fix it at my appointment today.

Could it be done with playing an MP3-file with the tones from 20Hz and up? Anyone having such a file? I have a service on Tuesday.
