I meant the software fix But haven’t done any recent research on liFe battery I thought cutoff was based just meant the software fix But maybe not

It’s odd that the 12volt battery doesn’t have cutoff at min cell voltage To keep from killing the battery by going completely depleted ?? oops not sure you can do that with a LiFe

if its a LiFePO4/A123 the discharge curve has a large drop off at the end of its discharge but these types of batteries are easy to recharge with the right charger and can be done at a high charge rate. i would hope that the dealership knows that vs towing the car..IMO

your dealership should have taken care of that for you

I don't know if it's much help but I had that same error code prior to receiving my car and after until i had sync my iPhone ,iPad and laptop. got the app to work on my phone then sync the rest.
