Front cup holder: nine volts MagSafe iPhone holder
back cup holder: €75 smokers package covered cup
problem resolved.
I agree, the cup holders are not a pretty sight.
Derek,
is it possible that support for Vehicle integration is limited to US?
With correct credentials, I am not able to connect my car to Chargey. Maybe the API support is from Porsche North America?
Thanks for this initiative, it looks very useful.
Bart.
Found the attached table on-line. Not sure it is totally accurate, but it seems to be a good start. it may be country dependent.
Personally I have the following “procedure” (Flanders based)
1. - Porsche Changing Card: fast charging for speeds >100 kW, when I stay with the car. This works...
The charging situation in USA seems to be really bad.
Here in Western Europe (mainly in and around Belgium), i haven’t had any trouble whatsoever when DC fastcharging. The connection is quite fast (less than a minute), plug and charge is available on (most) IONITY and Fastned stations, and...
The 20” Turbo S Aero wheels are standard on the Taycan GTS. They look great, and given their design, are pretty well protected against curb-rash. recommended.
I did not take the option of a 3rd backseat, for the following reasons
- the 4 seater interior is more balanced, more beautiful.
- the middle seat is not a real seat, not comfortable
- the 3rd headrest is blocking rear view through the already small window
- the tray with contrasting stitching...
- Nine-Volts MagSafe iPhone charger installed in the 1st cup holder. Works perfect, and well integrated with no cables visible. Porsche Centre installed the charger.
- Porsche ashtray with lid installed in the 2nd cup holder for keys and coins,
So both of the (unappealing and useless) cup...
Surprising post.
I am sorry you feel this way, but my experience is the opposite.
My Taycan GTS is in Europe, functions perfectly till today, and I am extremely pleased with the service of the Porsche Centre during the last 25 years... It is my second Porsche, and probably won’t be my last.
Porsche Taycan GTS MY24, «Tay» for friends and family.
Delivered 6th October 2023, 5 months and 12 days after order.
really good service and communication from Porsche Centre: RS Motors, Ingelmunster, Belgium.
@bn8959 It’s a bit hard to know what exactly triggered the delay in Porsche Exclusive Manifaktur, but I suspect that it’s part of the Oleo Black+Atacama beige where for the additional (optional) leather, I have chosen Atacama stitching for the black leather pieces.
Volcano Grey exterior, Black/Atacama Oleo leather interior, and dark silver accents (GT5). The Neodyme is, in my opinion, way too much bling, which makes it look cheap.
Delivery spilled over from September to October 2023 (now 2 weeks delayed)
This was the earlier estimate.
Build finished on 1st September BIUT delay caused by:
- 2 weeks in Porsche Exclusive Manifaktur
- 1 week for the importer to generate the registration paperwork.
- as this is MY2024, no...
That’s a rather strange post. But I respect your personal opinion.
«chacun fait ce qu'il lui plait»
In that context I am convinced you wont like my build: my car is so fundamentally de-GTS’ed that there are only 2 places where it possible to perceive it is in fact a GTS: the door sills and...
