I had it happen this morning as well after driving to work. When I went to the car a few hours later, it was still 'privacy mode' on my phone, but on the PCM it showed that PM was inactive. And now it's back to normal on my phone as well.
First-world problems... :)
I was thinking about this and changing my home address in my nav system to a nearby location then realized that my insurance and registration cards with my home address are in my glove compartment - am I missing something?
I live in California but ended up buying my '22 GTS from Porsche North Houston and having it shipped here - was a very positive experience for me as well...
Wouldn't you have to press EITHER the Park or Off button anyway? I just press the Off button, although I expect that locking the car will also do it. But unless I press HOLD on the brake, the car will creep forward if I don't press one of those 2 buttons...
@kewina12 - you can use the settings of the PMCC (accessed in the PMCC menu) to charge at less than 40A - I have mine set to 32A and it works perfectly, not too hot (although obviously takes a bit longer to charge than at 40A)
@featherless - thanks for all of your work on the app - it's really great! I don't have an apple watch so can't help with that, but I wonder if it's possible to have one small widget for the iphone lock screen that has both battery SOC and range? Understand if it's not, just thought I'd ask :)...
Just for a somewhat different perspective - I appreciate (and relied heavily on) @daveo4EV's posts, but given that the Porsche charger came with my car, I decided to try using it before making a decision about buying a different brand. It does get warm, so I set it to 32A and it stays relatively...
