Now i get it….
I turn on the car and immediately move to individual and I drive as low as i possibly can ?
The whole point of the air suspension ( for me ) was to regulate the height.
I think i have not owned a car that i have not changed the suspension.
Even on the RR Sport i installed...
CAr is there since tuesday, no clue what else they are doing, i was getting ready to go get it but they said isnt ready yet.
Im using their loaner for now, i guess tomorrow is when i go get it.
Exactly my point and why i am not taking their advice on getting 2 new tires for them refusing to patch the tires.
On the alignment i have no idea but insurance required it and safelite as well after replacing the windshield.
Well, looks like for the Miami weather. It’s even worse when the dealership it’s recommending to replace them at 5K miles and they consider the thread low not extremely low but yet low enough to consider replacing both tires.
They said they recommendation to replace comes from the fact that...
Apparently on the Tan it’s all one system. The calibration of the cameras on the windshield are related somehow to the actual alignment on the car so it can correct the way you drive I have no idea I was basically told from Safelite that our car needs a specific alignment and recalibration after...
somehow it g
I will pick up the car from the dealership end of today I will pick up the car from the dealership end of today and I can report the brand of my tires. I don’t really remember if I am not mistaken they are Pirelli but cannot be 100% sure that’s what I have.
I could not skip the alignment as it was needed after the recalibration of the cameras post windshield replacement
No clue if my tires can be patched or not, will figure that out after i picK up the car.
I began the post saying the reason WHY i took the car to the dealer and WHY an alignment was needed.
“After my windshield got replaced, I needed to bring the car to the dealership in order for the cameras to be recalibrated and an alignment needed to be done on the car”
In regards to losing...
Hey guys, I’m here to pick your brain.
After my windshield got replaced, I needed to bring the car to the dealership in order for the cameras to be recalibrated and an alignment needed to be done on the car
I got my car end of November last year, as of today the car has 4657 miles, today I...
I went Nano ceramics
20% all around 50% on the windshield
SUV I did 20% all around 70% front and even with perfect heat protection on both, the extra kick of dark on the 50 for my windshield give a lot better anti glare in the miami sun than 70%.
perfect view on both cars both %s tho.
I have no idea.
Car is at the dealership as we speak, calibrating cameras/alignment post windshield replacement, they mentioned a recall pending on it related to the AC module if i can recall correctly.
Maybe they will update all possible before giving it back.
i pressed the update about 15 times, nothing happened.
does that mean my car does not need any update at the moment?
i have the cloud thing enabled on my car, so i guess no updates pending for me.
Yes, insurance does not cover dealership labor, they have a provider for windshield replacements. I made sure the new windishield was OEM.
Now dealership will do the recalibration and alignment, safelite still Dont have the sw / equipment for taycans like they do for Teslas.
