Added the latest contributions, thanks everyone. Didn't really think it needed to be sorted, but that plus the growing size of the table prompted me to figure out how to figure out how to easily reformat/reorganize the table(s). Had I used the wysiwyg editor, it would have been a lot of painful...
I'm one of those that thinks the sport chrono sticks out like a sore anachronism in the Taycan, but I'm currently in a Macan loaner where the chrono doesn't stick out nearly as much. I wish the Taycan chrono was more integrated like the Macan.
edit: the loaner was actually a Cayenne. I...
FWIW I made assumptions about iPhone availability for all these apps. I don't have one but it seems likely they all have iphone versions.
Also have to say that Porsche could have made the Charging NA app privacy policy more phone friendly...
I thought I'd start a wiki post to collect a list of phone apps relevant to Taycan ownership. We'll see how this goes.

Here's my BlackVue DR650. You might be able to see the expansion of the burst cap on top of the supercaps that are rated too low of a temperature for this application. I also found the thing unreliable and had to set up a script on my computer that would "ping" the camera on a regular basis to...
Mason, actually, though he did mention one of the Xpel employees was in the rally, which must have been Kris.
You laugh but that did cross my mind (well, I was thinking more about performance than range) :CWL:
Xpel Austin manager on the phone today: "are you familiar with Normal Guy Supercar?"
We were talking about 8mil vs 10mil film, and he referred me to a specific video.
They put the washer fluid refill in the front of the hood instead of squeezed in the hinge like Tesla. No need to dig out the beer bong for a refill.
"Dave, you can talk" Yeah, but it's more fun to watch you flounder! :D
I'd say maybe I'll see your bro around Austin, but I'm getting...
I'm curious about what xpel ultimate plus looks like on Carrara White vs. xpel stealth. Anyone have pictures of their car with either? I tried doing a web search but so far have only found links like "no it's not carrara white, it's standard white".
Here are some more. You kind of have to zoom in, though, to be able to see the spots. FWIW, I spoke with the Xpel shop about the issue and they too recommended that I just leave it for the dealer. I ended up picking up my car based on their recommendation and yours. The car has full-body...
Thanks for the reply. There are a couple of concerns that maybe I failed to convey sufficiently. The splatter in the second picture is spread between the front and back wheels on the passenger side. That is, it covers the rocker panel, rear fender and both passenger doors. Both xpel's...
This is a bit OT so my apologies. I'm looking at selling or trading in my existing car, which has full-body PPF installed. But, there are several damaged panels that aren't going to clean up. Most of the passenger side is covered in some unknown substance (paint? construction adhesive?) and...
