I will say it is way too much. Dealer won’t do the work, they will sub it to 3rd party. I am quoted $2300 for full front or $4k for bull body ppf. Ceramic coating for $1500. Go to xpel site, search for local installers. You will get better price for sure

And also it is better than Tesla (currently have mode x and 3) showing 300 miles but only goes 240 during cold weather. Taycan goes as much as it shows

Range estimate shows instant mile based in current battery temp etc. if you have it plugged and schedule morning departure time, it will pre heat the battery and will give more real range. It will also go up once battery heats up.

I could have helped if it was east coast. My local dealer (Asheville Porsche) swapped allocation with another dealer to get mine earlier. Ordered on 10/1 , eta 12/5 at msrp.

I guess really depending on where you live. If you live in a city where you need to do parallel parking or tight turns, yes you should get it. Otherwise you wont even feel the need.

I will say it also depends which port it will be delivered. Mine is 12/3, jacksonville port. I dont expect delays. Not sure about what port they use for west coast deliveries

It does come with 8 year battery warranty. Why worry?
