As I now need a new set of 20" fronts due to inner front tyre edge wear (see other string) do I need, and have you always obtained, tyres with the NFO Porsche approval mark? My local tyre shop is just offering straight Michelin Sport 4S which they say should be fine.
Good point. However, the vehicle video report from the dealer says worn shoulders and only that I should think of changing tyres. So hopefully good for a few miles yet - especially if they can be flipped side to side.
Thanks Murph - this crossed with mine. I think I’m going to see if my local independent is up to doing these changes within manufacturer spec. If not I may give CarbonWurks a call. My tyres are not at the replacement wear level yet. It would be interesting to see if they can be flipped side to...
As if by magic the CarbonWurks video popped up when I made that post - so I now know where and who CarbonWurks are. Has anybody here used them annd are they recommended?

The prices you have been quoted seem extreme to me and I'm sure there would be a long queue at the door of an independent that can do the job properly for a sensible price. I guess with so few (I am presuming there must be one or two in England - I live in the South West) distance could always...
Really interesting to read about your experience. A couple of questions from an owner that hasn't done too many long journeys but has generally found them more complicated than your recent experience::
Do you always use the Porsche satnav and charge planner? I ask because I find it not as good...
Hi W1inge,
Although not a new member (have had my Taycan CT 4S for a year now) I have never heard before about the 'satellite layer" being switched on. How do I know if it is/how can I switch it on?
Thanks
Apologies for misfire - new to this group.
My Taycan CT 4S is just one year old and a I now have a crack in the panoramic roof for no obvious reason. Under close inspection I can see no sign of a (stone) impact. Interestingly my insurance covers it but, on the other hand, I feel that Porsche...
