After the big update of my 2020 4S (which bricked the PCM and broke the headlight controller) the cluster map is in Dark mode permanently. It used to change with the daylight but I can’t find a setting for it. It’s supposed to change still right?

Doesn't have to be coding though, can simply be a missing translation entry which defaults back to whatever it can find and given that "original language" for most of the texts are german, that is what will be displayed.

Did you manage to sort this (in Sweden)? I think we managed to get in installed on my wife's Samsung eventually, can check if you'd like. It's a bit of a mess between android versions, phone manufacturers and country settings I think.

Just dropped off my MY2020 for the big software upgrade and the service tech said that they are working "with the Factory" on a proper Porsche-standard solution for this. It's a known issue and it sounded like it will require exchange of the door insides.

Aha! I've done all that, but when I click on the Apple Music tab it says "Select from a playlist" but everything is empty. Will give it another look then and if it doesn't work check it out during WMA5 in a few weeks. Thx! :)

Got mine (4S) in July 2020. So far flawless! Will do the WMA5 in mid-April. Really love it, but would trade it for a fully electric Panamera any day :) Will probably never buy ICE again.

I already have it as well, but the positive news is that OTA should now be operational, at least for some updates.

In my Porsche Connect I can now buy Power Steering Plus. The instruction also clearly indicate it as being an OTA installation. You have to disconnect charging for it to work, it seems.

You can edit it using the Porsche Connect web portal. There you can also add new ones as well as send the next target to your car in advance.

That is what I'm hoping for as well. ICE cars are a dying thing, eventually they will be no more. I also think the success of the Taycan shows that there clearly is a market for Porsche EVs. 911 will likely be last to go electric and Macan is next. 718 is not unlikely - a new segment really...

I'm sure this is what you meant, but just to clarify: the profile is connected to the key, so depending on which key unlocks the car, the correct profile is loaded and used. You do not have to manually select the right profile.

Don’t forget that they will be mighty heavy on the rims. My wheel hotel guy refused to let me help lift them out of the car without lift belt. What’s the cost of wheel hotel in Norway? Here it is cheap enough to make changing them myself a non-option.
