I’ll try this as I got the car ceramic coated. Should have gone ppf. Makes very little difference on my black car.

Use auto regen in the city. I usually drive on normal mode.

Try range mode and recuperation on auto. That might help drop the numbers.

I think it’s the weather. Warmer in Australia. 6am my kWh usage is between 43kwh-50kwh until the car warms up.

Meguires waterless wash and wax. My dealership said that’s what they use for the showroom finish.

Basic setup epoxy flooring and I’m using Porsche park distance mats. Cabinetry hides all my tools and mowers etc.

15.8kwh ;23 degrees, freeway with dense traffic, heated seats on and sports sound on; 2 passengers, range mode.

Drive mode sports plus/sports. Electric sport sound on heated seats on. Driving through mountain ranges. 19.3kwh. 368.8 travelled.

In Australia, it is specced on all taycans by default to meet the safety ratings. I think I have been so used to it on the Bmw that I miss it. They also by default charge you for the charging subscription and the Porsche wall charger. ? Just need to glance at my PCM then :)

Thank you for this. The only two things that I wish it did was have the speed recognition and a better 360 camera. Otherwise it's an amazing car. Charging infrastructure is disappointing.

Does anyone know how to display the speed limit signs on hud. I can see this on the pcm and passenger screen while using the nav but not on hud

Car is amazing but the infrastructure is brisbane with charge fox is so poor. I wish Porsche didn’t make us pay for 3 years of subscription. At least in that sense we would have freedom to pay and use non fox chargers.

Get the storage package. Allows you some front storage as the taycan does not have a place to put sunglasses or your phone. The arm rest console is a let down.
