Greetings from Emden. Arrived 12/9. TYD telling me 12/30 on a boat and 1/27 to my dealership in Charleston SC. That changed yesterday from 1/6 to the dealer. ?

4CT arrived at Emden yesterday. Dealer delivery moved from 1/13 to 1/6. ?

Sorry my mistake. Was going to buy those as a back up set for our 4ct which finished production two days ago?. I thought we had ordered turbo s rims but they are actually turbo design.

TYD just pushed delivery back from 12/30 to 1/20. Original delivery date was 11/26. 4CT. Ugh.

Just ordered this. $1,419 inc tax and shipping at the Black Friday sale price. Can’t thank you enough for the detailed install info. Will post pics when we finish.

I was still procrastinating on this. Then I saw the wall charger had been discounted. Electrician and I have come up with a mounting plan (through bolt on the side of my garage cabinets with conduit above cabinets and out of sight) and I just pulled the trigger. TYD now telling me 12/30. Will...

Changing cord to car. Easy to say buy someone else's charger but 100 A options are very limited. As far as I can tell it's clipper creek at $ 2,200, porsche at $ 1,586 plus cord conversion or lucid at $ 1,200 if/when available. Am i missing any?

Changing out power cords got me wondering if these guys could put a longer cord on the Porsche charger? I reached out to them. Will report what I hear. Could it be this easy?

Update on the Lucid charger. They are “hoping” to start shipping them on 11/30. I’m in a holding pattern……

Thanks everyone for your input. If the 100 A Porsche wall charger had a 25’ cord we wouldn’t be having this discussion! The Lucid 100 A charger has been “announced” but I couldn’t find a way to buy it. Our Taycan is due 12/9 (seems overly optimistic but who knows)so maybe something will change...

Lots of good info here. Thanks to all for the responses. One thing I would like to clarify-infrastructure costs are not an issue but I still have to pay retail on the hardware! I’m not concerned about the amp draw just trying to figure out if the expense of the 1600-2200 dollar chargers is...

First let me say that this forum has been so informative regarding all things Taycan! Thanks to all who shared their wisdom and knowledge. Our 4 CT is scheduled to be at the dealer on 12/9. It was ordered with the 19.2 option. Not counting on seeing it in 2022, but that's a whole other thread...

My did enter production on 10/20 per TYD but delivery date moved from 12/2 to 12/9. I don’t think there’s much chance of seeing it in 2022 but still hoping for my Christmas miracle.

Production starts today on our 4CT. PP8VEJB9. Already received notification that my Bose has been deleted. Currently showing arrival at my dealer in SC on 12/2. After reading this thread I feel like there is zero chance of that happening. Hoping for a Christmas miracle!
