Not sure how close you live to FiDi or BPC but I park in the Battery Parking Garage and it’s self-park. Pricing is around $450/mo and I think it’s an additional $80/mo we pay for the reserved floor where you fob in and out and there’s not a ton of people squeezing in next to you.

Yep, SA called me on May 6 that they had just received the configurable allocation and 10% deposit ($20k) would be required to hold it/assign it to us. Freeze is/was 2 weeks later (May 20), still going back and forth on a few options.
Yep, I have a Turbo S allocation that freezes a week from today (May 20) and it is MY23, so am able to add the fancy dimming pano roof, etc. According to TYD delivery is first week of Oct.
Contacted a bunch of places on the list (East Coast), Main Line has no allocations currently, but still stand by MSRP.
Annapolis did have a Turbo allocation and quoted me MSRP + 30k, so need to update the first post.
