I have to say I sleep much better now that I have extended my warranty with Porsche (after a 111 check). I have already noticed an issue with the car auto unlocking after I lock it this week. I assume its an issue with the door handles.
Is there not also a Drive mode display for the right binnacle of the main dash display? I assume you can then use the steering wheel buttons to switch between the options.
does anyone know if both seat memory (1 and 2) positions are are linked to the same key? So can I set two seat positions for me and then if my wife wants to drive my car (God forbid) uses the other key, will she have two completely separate memory settings?
Interesting to know, I think the J1.2 offers enough range for most journeys without a stop. I have done a couple of long journeys in my J1.1 and if I had an extra 50-60 mile range it would have saved me stopping at least once.
Having said that, the quick charging means its perfectly useable for...
Sorry my mistake, the price was £2190 for two years. They said the tyres were worn on the inside. i will get 4 wheel alignment done on the car in case it’s out.
I thought I would post this on here in case someone else was in a similar situation. I bought a 2020 Taycan 4S in February, I bought it from a private seller and it did not have any warranty. The car had 49k on the clock.
I had to wait 90 after buying the car but I have just purchased 2 years...
I bought my car secondhand and will over 3 years old so I never had Porsche Connect. I rang Porsche to see if they offered a trial period, I was told they don't however, if you do sign up you have 28 days to cancel and get a full refund. So if anyone wants to try it out to see if it worth it for...
I mainly charge at home but have a long journey (for the UK at least) planned and this will mean that I can charge at Ionity 350KW chargers for £0.30 a KW rather than paying £.079 a KW.
I have taken screenshots and it shows it as zero cost. If they charge me I will cancel and just sign up for the IONITY subscription when I need it. Let’s see
I have a 2020 Taycan 4S. I was just looking at the Porsche Charging Service and I assumed that I would have to pay a monthly charge for it as my car is over 4 years old. However, I seemed to have signed up to it and it is showing a monthly cost of £0.00.
is it free for 3 years from first...
I don't live far from you (in High Wycombe) and had a local installer install my Zappi. He did a great job, I had a really long cable run from one side of the house to the other. He was very reasonably priced, I supplied my own Zappi. PM if you want his number.
Thank you for pointing that out. I have updated the listing.
if he does not get any interest prively we will look at trading it in. He isn’t buying another car so there is not a real incentive for the dealership to gI’ve a fair price
