It's all been back up for me since first thing this morning - both the app and the website.

I spoke to Porsche today as I collected my car on Saturday but I've not been able to get any battery etc updates in the My Porsche app. The whole Porsche connect API has been up and down since Thursday, and that's causing issues across the board.

I got my new car on Saturday, and the My porsche app showed the battery levels etc when I was at the showroom. However, since then it just shows this: Anyone know how to get it to show the info?

My car arrived at the showroom on Wednesday, it passed it's PDI yesterday, and I am collecting it tomorrow! ? Exactly 16 months to the day since I put the deposit down.

Mine still at 4/5, but also said 3/5 when it was already at Emden so I havent been paying too much attention to it.

I just called the Porsche Centre - apparently my car was one of the few that didn't get stopped at Emden and is currently on route to the UK. It's still on target for me to collect in the next week or so.... ?

That is an unmitigated disaster, I'm so sorry for you. I'll call me SA this morning and see if I can get an update, but I can't imagine it will be any different given mine was being built about a week after yours...

I'm pretty much the same boat, mine has been at Emden for 2 weeks now. I'm also awaiting an update, it's so hard to get any information out of my SA, they only send updates after I explicitly ask, NEVER when there's a status change. And I feel like a lemon asking every couple of days if...

Piggybacking this thread as it is now (finally!) relevant to me! My GTS was completed last week and is now at Emden. Deposit was put down in December 2021, also at Mid Sussex....

After putting my deposit down in December 2021 (!), my car is due to be completed on 17th February. I guess that means they start building it next week? I should receive it in March, a mere 15 months after putting the order in.

I now feel quite lucky I managed to lock mine in at £4,200.00. What a bonkers statement that is!

Same for me. Deposit start of December 2021. Originally due Easter, then June, then Q4, now some time next year. Farcical.

I've changed my mind on this at least 10 times in the months since I put the deposit down, but after seeing one in the flesh I'm going with Ice Grey - absolutely stunning.
