Hi David My UK 4S had 16 Dec as the fix date and has 21 Feb for factory completion. It then takes 5 weeks to get to the dealer (27 March)

for a fully electric car, the new BIK of 0%, 1% and 2% for 20/21, 21/22, 22/23 will stand irrespective of when the car was bought. The rule you're referring to where the date of the car comes into play if it's pre 6 April is only relevant for hybrids

Do you know how much difference the 150kw on board charger will make to the time it takes to charge at a non high speed charging station? I wasn't sure

Yes I agree it's worth the extra but I'm trying to save where I can and I reckon I would use the rear camera but the surround view would be mire of a gimmick. Wondering also as a 54 year old (starting to fall apart in middle age!) whether I should upgrade to the comfort seats!

Dealer told me today that Finance deals in the 4S pass most of the cost of the performance plus battery back to the buyer on the basis that it helps the residual value. No other option has the same impact on Financing apparently.
