  7. Semiconductor-Related Production Delays - Information from PCNA

You're welcome. I was told that the sales manager is the one that receives notifications on what parts may be missing from an order. If you have a VIN, i can check to see if i have access to that information.
  8. POLL: What's your Porsche experience level?

Level 1 here. Always been a Japanese guy, then multiple BMWs the last 9 years. I’ve worked for a Porsche for almost 2 years, driving different cars for the weekend. Including a 991 GT3RS. I didn’t turn until I took home a taycan for a week. That was it. I got hooked. Placed an order in July and...

  15. Non NFO approved tires?

Thank you guys for all your response. I'll continue to look around for the size I want that are approved for EVs. I only need to do a 198 mile trip once in a while. That is only when I need to visit my in laws. So maybe i'll try the trip once on NFO tires and another that are just NO or N1...
  16. Steering Column - Replace Manual With Electric

Correct. We got one module to adjust the steering wheel to the position that the customer wants. It is a stop sale, until the customer comes in and the tech adjusts it to the position they desire. That works when a car comes in with an electronic steering module, that just doesn't function...
  17. Steering Column - Replace Manual With Electric

Yes I agree that PCNA should inform dealers and customers beforehand on what parts are possibly missing. And you wouldn't have to refuse delivery, since the cars will have a stop sale on them. Dealers can't release the vehicle to the customer until missing parts are installed. So you won't even...
  18. Steering Column - Replace Manual With Electric

I'm sure Porsche knows what parts are missing. But the dealership themselves do not until the vehicle arrives.
