But for preconditioning Taycan battery just before charging at best speed I need to buy Porsche Charging Planner or can I live without it and do that?

if I click on the very lowest camera icon with arrows I can do anything except see the laterals of the car... if I click on second camera icon as in the attached pic and after I click on trackpad display I can activate (not always) the 360 view. See attachment
