I can’t even get 251 miles between NY and MA without a couple of hours of charging as EA sites never get me charged efficiently and the vehicles don’t seem to come close to spec.
Frankly seeing effort put into “records” like this is insulting vs an honest and sincere...
I installed on my Taycan Cross Turismo yesterday.
Same issue with the red cable. Eventually was able to unloop it and get it off without snipping.
I was amazed as they must have small children fingers to connect it all!

Except and as a for instance here they had me move to a 150kw where the car charged at 100kw…
They even restarted the 350 charger, swapped cables 1 for 2 and it maxed at 44kw.

I have now visited minimum 12 electrify America sites and plugged in at 350kw terminals.
I also have 3 different CT’s.
NONE of them have been able to charge at anything close to 350kw.
The last two days at 5 different sites across multiple state lines I was getting at best 97kw and more...
Same issue - except I picked up 2 Turismo's last week at the same time so they can't escape getting me an answer (or blaming it on the software release version on either of my cellphones (ATT & Verizon)).
