I am not an expert and would welcome input from other members, but I would assume that a higher degree of tire adhesion to the road creates more resistance and therefore a higher consumption. But then again, I may be wrong….
Unless the Taycan's usable battery capacity in reality is larger than the specified number? By the way, did you really let your battery go down to 0% before recharging that second time? Wow.
Happy to hear that there is an apparently rational explanation. IMHO the range/consumption penalty that comes with these new tires is not worth whatever gain in road adhesion is offered.
