So mine has been out since May 7 (April 17 delivery). I've had it at the dealer three times. The first time they had it for three weeks and it just sat in their parking lot. They decided that the OTA module needed to be replaced.
In June the dealer ordered a new OTA module, which took...
Hi Kev,
There is a shop in SE PDX called Musicar NW that gets pretty high marks on reviews. I talked to them about dash cam install for my Turbo S and will probably use them when I get my radar detector and dash cam installed. They seem to do a lot of high end cars for stereo.
And congrats...
On Sunday my daughter and I drove from the Oregon coast to Portland (about 80 miles). We counted Teslas and stopped when we got to 100. That's about 1 every minute.
We saw one Taycan.
Yes. I'll mount them again in the winter. They are quieter than the Pirellis (IMO). Overall a nice soft ride, with good grip on the corners. Not much experience yet with wet driving on them, though. But I live in Portland, so only a matter of time.
If you're looking for an all-season tire, I highly recommend looking at the Conti Extreme Contact DWS-06. The Plus is Y rated, I believe. Not N rated.
I just put on a set of P zero Rs (summer) on mine, and so far so good. They are a bit louder than the Conti ProContact RX (all season).
During this process I learned (and paid) that J 1.1 wheels will fit just fine on a J 1.2 car, except for the TPMS, which have to be upgraded to match the J 1.2. Worth the hassle, yes.

I took the car with my family down Hwy 101, Memorial Day weekend, then back up to Portland through the Redwoods. It's really hard to describe the AR as anything but awesome! It was most noticeable on the really tight curves through the Redwoods, and less so on the longer curves on Hwy 101...
Hey there! I've seen your CT4S around the neighborhood for a while. It's beautiful, and I think you still have the "greenest" car in the neighborhood with the gorgeous Mamba green.
And yes, the Oak Green Turbo S at Beaverton Porsche is still there in their inventory (since August of 2024)...
My 2025 TS came with the ProContact RX, and so far, I've been impressed. But I'm in Portland, where we do get a bit colder and occasional snow in the winter, and of course, rain. But the Taycan is not my daily driver, and I'm not likely to ever drive it in the snow. If I lived in SoCal, I'd...
