Yes, that would be the next step. All really disappointing. This will be my second one. The first one didn't do so great and this one doesn't appear to be any more cooperative. Testing my patience but I do know the car looks and drives great.

My car is at the port as well and I too got the letter. They sent it out to everybody. There is no option for the dealer to do the update if the car is at the port. The port is keeping all cars and not allowing dealers to do updates on those cars. All cars manufactured after 3/17 will get...

Any cars at the port will not be released unless they have the update. If your is at the dealer I am sure they will do the update before you pick it up. It becomes available on Wednesday.

The 19.2 kW will work. The plug and charge feature will not. No fix announced yet. I am happy, I order the 19.2 kW for home.
