Definitely a glitch its not suppose to be on...... some other members on the forum this happened to as well but there is definitely no settings for that.

Not sure if anyone else is still having this issue but my dealer fixed the issue. It was a bad wiring harness.

This was def a different issue than the usual hiccup. The app was behaving differently..... everything is back up and running now on its own didn't have to do anything.

Since yesterday for me as well same issue no connection.

Same here car has been at dealer for about 60 days plus now for a new wiring harness. I’m still waiting!!

I have an issue with my passenger screen as well……..dealer has removed it a couple times I have no issues since them removing it with scratches or anything vibrating…….. you can’t tell the dash was removed and put back together.

Yes it is. They have ordered the 5F module for the car.

They did tell me the name don’t remember. I will find out today for you and I’ll post it as soon as I do.

They ordered another part from Germany which is on backorder. When they scanned your car were you getting the same open circuit error? This could be helpful for them to find the issue. Maybe it will lead them in the right direction.

When they connect my car to see if the computer shows anything they keep getting open circuit issue. They need to fix it I’m not driving a car that costs over $150,000 that I’m not happy with.

Are you getting the car replaced? If they can’t fix the issue I’m definitely not keeping the car!!!

They’re changing the control unit for the passenger screen, I don’t know if thats the same thing as the pcm but is i’ll report what happens when I get back the car they just ordered the part. I know you change the pcm and that didn’t work for you.

My car has been at the dealer for a week now nothing yet. I will let you know what happens.

Where would you find this info? Medium level OTA

Car is at the shop getting ppf so it goes in next week looks like i should get comfortable Because I may not get this car back for now after it goes to the dealer.
