I can’t find anyone who knows when or why the schedules are updated. I was told again and again by my very experienced salesperson that the schedules are nothing more than estimates. And he kept predicting that my car would arrive well before the expected date. That’s why I was so disappointed...
That’s right, no boats formally missed - but hope sprung eternal that I would get on the boat that left 17 days after my car got to the port.

No boats have left yet without my car after the scheduled departure date. The next (Mediterranean Highway) is loading now. Fingers starting to go numb from being crossed for so long!

The next ship scheduled to leave for US (Mediterranean Highway) arrived at Emden today - five days earlier than scheduled. Maybe my 4S will get on this one...
Unfortunately, you lose the bet. My car still is in Emden. Best hope is arrival in Jacksonville on 8/14. Not the end of the world, but disappointing nevertheless...
It seems to be the luck of the draw. My car got to the port on 7/1. Didn’t make ship that left on 7/17. Was “expected” to leave yesterday - but no ships were scheduled to leave yesterday. Next ship is scheduled to leave 8/2 or 8/3. Let’s see who gets lucky!!!
