I've been driving EV's since 2014 (Tesla, VW, BMW) and none of them are anywhere near as complex, confusing and unintuitive than Porsche. I don't understand how their software is so bad.
Just to follow up after about 52 hours, I decided to call for an update. The receptionist told me the car has at least one bad cell and they have to wait to hear back from Germany to get approval to replace the cell, then they have to order and install the cell so it's going to be a while...
I have the same issue and I'm bringing the car in for service today :(

I have the same issues, coming from a Tesla. It's ridiculous that Porsche can't get the simple software things correct for a car that's double the price. Tesla even copies the settings over when I log into someone else's Tesla account to drive their car or rental.
