Can you post a pic of the wing you are installing?
  2. Porsche is modernising its PCM: greater performance and new features

Sad that Tesla is updating their cars from 2012 and we can't get an update for a 2024 car.
  3. How to Schedule Charging at Home with a Standard Charging Station (Non-Porsche)

I've been driving EV's since 2014 (Tesla, VW, BMW) and none of them are anywhere near as complex, confusing and unintuitive than Porsche. I don't understand how their software is so bad.
  4. Walmart close to launching charging network

I wouldn't be surprised if the current administration influences them to cancel it.
  5. Reporting to red circle of death club

Just to follow up after about 52 hours, I decided to call for an update. The receptionist told me the car has at least one bad cell and they have to wait to hear back from Germany to get approval to replace the cell, then they have to order and install the cell so it's going to be a while...
  6. Reporting to red circle of death club

I have the same issue and I'm bringing the car in for service today :( I'm hoping for a battery replacement but I'm sure I won't be that lucky (2020 4S)
  7. From Taycan Turbo to Tesla Model S...

I'm 6'3" and there is no way I can fit a reverse car seat for my 3 year old behind me.
  8. From Taycan Turbo to Tesla Model S...

Here are my thoughts as someone who owns both: 1. The tech and software are 1000x better in the Tesla. The Taycan can't do basic things that Tesla does automatically. 2. If you live in the US, FSD is amazing now (2023+ cars with HW4). It previously was unusable but now my wife can't even...
  9. Did an OTA software update change my car settings?

That's not really an excuse... The UI software team is a completely different team than the performance team. There is no reason to have bad software.
  10. Did an OTA software update change my car settings?

I have the same issues, coming from a Tesla. It's ridiculous that Porsche can't get the simple software things correct for a car that's double the price. Tesla even copies the settings over when I log into someone else's Tesla account to drive their car or rental.
  11. Choosing a 2020 4S

We have a 2020 4S with about 20k miles that has been perfect for the year we've owned it (other than many recalls).
  12. "Test Proves Porsche Taycan Is The Best Road-Trip EV" - Article

Except it has no autopilot functionality which is huge on road trips....
  13. Is Porsche still maintaining the PCM SW for cars older than 2025?

This is one of several items that Tesla beats the crap out of Porsche. Tesla is still updating their cars. They were made in 2012....
  14. PCM - Taycan pre facelift and future developement

Tesla's from 2012 are still getting updates and we can't get updates for 4 years to help make their crappy UI better? Hopefully that's not the case.
  15. Just picked up a Model 3 Performance ...

For people who are complaining about not having stalks, I was concerned about it as well but 99% of the time you don't need to use it because it automatically puts it in drive or reverse for you based on the situation around the car. The only time it's less than ideal is when you have to make a...
  16. Taycan GTS vs Tesla Model S Plaid

Because inno drive is so bad nobody uses it, compared to over 2 billion miles on FSD.
  17. Tesla Truck prototype in Houston?

I think everybody here is just upset because it's faster than most versions of the Taycan and still costs less.
  18. Auto lock when leaving car?

One more example of how poor the Porsche software is...
  19. Porsche connectivity renewal

Where do you see it comes with another year of free charging?
