Yes you will get the same as any other charger , Anderson etc, timed charging all available.
I would leave it fixed up in your garage and just have a type2 to type 2 lead for journeys away, 5 metre is a good length. Porsche supply ones are over priced, plenty good quality leads available online.

I have purchased the CTEK Type 2 lead 5m, £180 from Halfords, works well (only used on my I Pace to date) has nice case as well. German made plus CTEK manufacture the trickle chargers that Porsche rebrand. They do come up on eBay as well...
Had update late today , car actually arrived in Grimsby yesterday. Turn around to dealership has been running at 5 days, so might just make end of next week for click and collect
