I am having the same issues, and have contacted dealer waiting for response. So far I've read to go on your car's PCM, log off, and log in again with your Porsche ID (User-->Guest-->User). This helped solved it for some peeps around here, but didn't work for me.

So i tested it again more today, note that mine is MY21 from this vid, when i throttle， it used mainly the rear motors (not exclusively tho), even when im not accelerating like crazy. then quickly switches to front only when i’m coasting (left of the pedal)

barely use the HUD, sometimes even forget that it’s there. but when i use ACC, i set the HUD to split nav and the driver assists
