I ordered it on my car and would order it again. As others have said the reduction in heat and sound is noticeable. I have had zero issues with cell reception. - Verizon.

I like the contrast of the chrome on the black and it’s standard on the 4S. The gloss black on black is ok but I didn’t want to pay extra for it.

Black. Didn’t want to spend my budget on a paint color.

Good news my sun sensor came in Friday morning and I finally picked up my car Friday late afternoon. Went on car club drive on Saturday. Love this car absolutely amazing :clap:

And the delays continue. Originally expected the sun senor by today so I could pick up the car tomorrow. Dealer is still waiting for the part so looking like delivery some time next week for me :confused:

Latest update I have is the sensor should arrive this week and pick up my car Friday or Monday ?

Mine waited at the port for a week. Then they shipped it to the dealer to wait. All outside. Hopeful the part will arrive this week ?

Taycan standard option is summer tires. All seasons are a no cost option. I didn’t choose that option and it’s not on my build sheet. So in my opinion yes it’s a mistake.

I had already planned on purchasing winter tires. So no need for these.

Anyone else order their car wanting summer tires and get all seasons instead? Should I make the dealer swap them before I take delivery? I’m still waiting on the sun sensor so have time before I pick it up anyway. Thoughts?

Yeah my arrived at the dealership. Minus the sun sensor. So after having cleared my for a Monday pick up. I’m now told it will be another week until they have the part :rolleyes:

Just got the call from my dealer my car has been released from the port! I will be picking it up on Monday :clap:

Also waiting for mine to arrive in Portland. Hopefully our cars get released and on a truck soon :rolleyes:

Just checked my hasn’t been released yet. Hopefully the parts arrive sooner than expected and mine gets released this week too ?. Congrats for those of you whose cars are on the way!

I was on the Grand Sapphire as well. Production completed 6/23.

Just got an update they are waiting on chips for the sun sensor that is mounted on the dash related to the cooling system. They can't deliver the car without it because it leaves a whole in the dash. Current expectation is 2-3 weeks before it will be released from the Port.
