The payments on BCP and PCP include the vat element but is not listed separately as vat cannot be reclaimed as it is a purchase agreement unlike PCH and BCH which are rental agreements.
Totally depends on your personal / business tax circumstances & personable preferences regarding on balance sheet vs off balance sheet. Speak to an accountant about your individual tax/business situation.

Your tone is strong with anyone who disagrees with your "technical view" , as also evidenced by your reply to previous posters. I know what you are saying but disagree about any meaningful extra stress on bearing etc with sub 15mm spacers and have 30+ years experience of no problems.
Just to give a balanced opinion on this I will give mine.
I have been using spacers up (5-15mm) for over 30 years on various vehicles including most Porsche & Audi RS models and used the vehicles for road and track. I have never had a problem with them and yes I have done it purely for aesthetic...

20p per KW - My god that's expensive. A typical decent regular tariff in the UK is circular 13p per KW.
I don't think you'd get any cheaper than the Octopus Go Tariff - no investment, wind farm or solar panels needed. It's just a tariff: 5p 00.30-04.30 & 13.31p all other times.
