go to tirerack and find the same size manufactured by a reputable company (Firestone, Pirelli, Michelin); check the tire wear rating; get a higher wear rating (>300); all season tires seem to last longer for higher wear rating in that car; don't be cheap

running 20" summer tires at 40 front/41 rear. Door sticker, tsb's, and inconsistent factory advice is likely part of the tire wear problem- no one knows how to properly inflate their tires.

To make it even quieter, don't get the glass roof which is totally unnecessary. I would like the thermal glass, too. Very rarely optioned. The car has few or no squeaks or rattles. 2025 Taycan (base) with 20" rims is quiet and roadworthy.
