I’ve tried multiple times to use innodrive with Lane keeping etc. My car has the active Lane keeping.
i struggle to work out how to activate the functions. I understand you press the switch on the end of the stem. But after that I end up changing stuff that I didn’t want too. I find it...
Took Webber into Topaz Detailing yesterday to have a two stage polish, full satin PPF wrap over his gentian blue body, gloss on the gloss black plastic sections then ceramic coated. Will be collecting him next week so hopefully have something to show you.
Well I actually did this journey yesterday and have to say it was a breeze. I used Zap-Map and WattsUp to plan it. Entered that into the Porsche pcm and it worked a charm. Honestly, never gave it a second thought and enjoyed the drive.
Thanks all.
Ps I used an instavolt installation 4x chargers...
Used CarPlay for about 4 hours driving time today.. during that time the iPhone 12 Pro Max sat in the wireless charger and after about 1.5hrs overheated and crashed the WiFi signal. Literally turning off the WiFi and Bluetooth connection.
before this happened the PCM rebooted about 3 times...
I’ve got the PMCC mounted outside, it is in the Porsche box but that wouldn’t provide any weather proofing as the charger itself pokes through a completely open part of the box. I’ve had no issues with the charger being outside.
Mods. Please cancel this post as I just found one similar that I will contribute to. Apologies.
Still not used Webber in anger yet as I’ve only covered 1500 miles and the majority of that in cold winter temperatures. But my average miles per kWh is coming out at 2.1. The Max I’ve seen when...
Next week, Webber and myself have a planned trip from lovely Cheshire to Bristol. This is the first time I will be using the wilderness chargers and I’m trying to prep myself.
so far, I’ve had test trips and used instavolt and BP pulse ones without issue.
looking at some of the horror stories...
I have my first real live adventure where I will need to use public charging next week, so I’ve been having a mess around with different apps etc to see options for charging etc.
firstly, I have to say that it does seem very complicated.. there are loads of different apps for guidance etc...
I’d probably do the same as my Panamera. Connect to the fuse box with a piggyback connector and use the weather seals on the door to hide the wire. I’ve had no issues with the Panamera, I’m more cautious with the Taycan purely because I feel it has more electronics to go wrong......
Last night whilst travelling to get a takeaway (50mph road) a mini on the opposite side of the road was indicating to turn into his drive/private lane, cutting across my path. As I was approaching at about 45mph a L200 type car came around the bend at full speed slammed on his breaks then...
It has a link from your Porsche automatically and sends some of that information to ARBP or, just use the Tronity app (currently online but very soon on IOS).
No, I'm like you but I'm sure this is stage 1.. I feel they are putting a lot of effort into releasing a good quality first app. I've added a few suggestions to them, one was the mileage between charges. I can imagine there is a fine balancing act to ensure you meet the demands of the many...
Just a quick update. I’ve been accepted and have been using for the last week or so the beta iPhone application for Tronity. Again, I’m impressed with this application and the level of detail I’m getting. The developers also seem very responsive in fixing bugs when reported. This is shaping up...
I’ve just exactly this. Swapped out a rolec 32a charger for the Porsche charger connect. i have the charger on its own circuit but even so the Rolec almost always tripped the house distribution board. (We also have an electric Aga so the amps draw could be large). What I found is the Porsche is...
