Mine are covered. When they get beat up I'll reinstall film to them. I've had other P-cars with headlight PPF and had it removed with no issues. If the coating gets compromised it's not a big deal since they get recovered. (Xpel Ultimate)
I use a California water blade for majority then Costco microfibers for door jambs, wheels, tight areas. I throw them away once soiled since the large pack last me 6-8 months and for the price it's worth it. Full body PPF & coating is a blessing when it comes to washing and obviously I don't get...
Nick, that's exactly the noise my '21 had 2 months after delivery. Noise still present after drive unit replacement. Porsche needs to evaluate and remedy this yesterday. No bueno.....
Owned 2 Teslas and now Taycan since May 2021. I can, and do, leave the Taycan over a month without powering on and it's fine. Leaving it at 50-65% SOC and it not only starts up with zero issues, but doesn't loose any % charge.
With the regen function, the car will automatically apply brakes during initial drive(s) to clean the rotor surface. If the OE rotor hats are not galvanized/coated/etc. they will corrode eventually.
