Morning All,
Just wondering if anyone had any updates on their orders? Still not sure whether I am keeping my best on the current economy and potential for job cuts on contractors in the UK.
I have both ticked at the moment just not sure if they are worth £1350 for them, and as r553 said this covers the rws cost. Yeah sorry i meant the rear touch screen, it looks cool but i'm sure it will never get used.
I've currently got the same colour on order but not sure if i should go blue or white. Nice seen Carmine Red in the flesh and it looks so different in so many pictures it's hard to judge what it would be lie in person!
Sorry to hear that, really tough times. This is why I'm leaning towards cancelling the car as if things get worse, at least I've money to keep the house etc for a few years without work
Yep it's a tough one. I provide consultancy services mainly to public sector for complex procurements, so I'm pretty sure they will cut back on some of these now which is why I'm nervous dropping 100k on a car. That cost even in pcp would pay most of my Bill's. Will be gutted not to get it...
You still keeping yours mate? Not spoke to our dealership to see how many cancellations that they have had. Still not sure what to do as I would imagine I will now be 2021 and the government might pull the EV incentives
Erm its a car, it loses at least 15-20% as soon as you touch it. Plus if it's on PCP you have a GFV anyway if you keep it for the term that they cant go back on
Why is it concerning? If people have cancelled their orders they will have stock that they need to shift. Any business that has an asset that depreciates will need to sell it as quick as possible. Plus they have miles on the clock, so demo cars maybe?
I am a limited company outside of IR35 providing services, so i'm in the same boat as alot of UK buyers. The simple fact that you are buying a car over £100k means you are not in the lower income or even middle income brackets. We all have different circumstances and it's a case by case...
Maybe on unsold stock where people have cancelled, but on new builds yet to be produced not too sure on that. There will still be alot of wealthy people who will buy cars like this no matter what the circumstances. If they struggle for months after this gets better then i'd expect discounts...
