For what it's worth, when I picked up my RWD in early July, the SA told me that the column has been set up for power adjustment. Inoperable now because it's missing a chipped component, and expect a recall (maybe) to install it.
You might try deactivating the recuperation mode, and gauge the reaction. I had a Tesla 3 and a favorite passenger complained of motion sickness. I tempered the regen and the she felt better on the next outing. I have no huge need for recuperation in the Taycan, I am not using it.
