Must admit I had a Carmine Red 911 GTS once and the colour was fantastic especially with black trim
As an aside does your rear wing spoiler need re-aligned ?
Would love to follow your example but have 2 problems viz :
1) Live in Conservation Area so solar panels are verboten as our Porsche engineers would say
2) old house over 3 levels bizarrely has 3 electricity meters and only Scottish Power has an accounts system that can cope with 3 meter...
I too have gone with the Anderson because of aesthetics as we live in a Conservation Area and it can be specced with a longer charger cable which will allow me to park further up the driveway behind the kids’ cars
When you take off the OLEV grant of £350 and the Energy Saving trust grant of £250...
Lovely car and similar to mine except for my black inlays, roof rails and standard CT cross Turismo wheels
My delivery has been pushed back unfortunately
I wish you many happy (and trouble free miles) in your new toy
Hi
Yes the wheels look fabulous in the flesh - these are the Vesuvius painted cross Turismo 21 inch wheels
I have specced the non painted version to go with
If that’s the unpainted then I am delighted as that’s how I have ordered them
Hi
Ice grey with Vesuvius inlays and Vesuvius painted cross Turismo wheels
my order is jet black metallic but the ice grey is nice and a subtle metallic white/grey
Still not sure about the dark plastic wheel arches against the light colour and not sure the ice grey is worth the price...
At dealership this afternoon picking up the Cayenne after some warranty work and was double checking how much my CT 4S build date has slipped ( 4 weeks )
In the showroom was a CT 4S in all it’s glory
Looks fabulous but now questioning my colour choice ?
SPECS:
Ice Grey with Off Road Package...
Hi Mouse House
Already a bit worried with the black spec that it will be like a hearse so swerved away from black wheels too
Originally planned aluminium inlays and roof rails but my son who has better taste than me dissuaded me as he said “not sporty enough” ?♂️
Hi Mylam
I agree Turbo residual versus heavily specced 4S residual may make financial sense but only 4S build slots were immediately available to me and you only live once ?
Plus my better half knows that a Turbo is more expensive than a 4S ?
Hi Luke
A forum member from Germany has said that the standard black plastic wheel arches on the Cross Turismo can be retrofitted with either colour coded arches or the glossy black from the Turbo S model
My U.K. dealer said it cannot be done (or maybe they don’t want to do it !)
What is the...
Likewise my dealer hadn’t the foggiest if it was possible or even willing to source and retrofit colour coded arches
I wonder if Luke (ask a Porsche dealer anything ) Manning on this forum could clarify
That is good to hear but I worry what Porsche might charge for that given the price for the bike rack !
So my only dilemma now is whether to go Dolomite, Jet Black Metallic or Volcano grey with colour coded wheel arches
What colour would the forum members recommend if I went all colour coded ?
Hi
Taycan Cross Turismo 4S on order with build date but spec still to lock
I love the look of the car apart from the plastic wheelarches that do do not look great particularly against lighter colours such as my favourite Dolomite silver
So I may need to go for either Jet black metallic or...
Hi
I am Glasgow based and bank with Bank of Scotland both personally and via my business
Can you send me details of who you dealt with as sounds much better than Porsche/VW finance
Thanks
