    HELP me choose a color.

Luckily mine did too, they insisted on the Green with satin aurum wheels, not totally sold on that choice but can always swap them out.

Drove RWD basic spec - no air suspension or battery+

Yep, was fine even on U.K. roads, but then all my current vehicles are fairly hard riding cars.

    MY2022 wish list

Tesla X has had them since launch. I had a dealer tell my wife that EV’s can’t have heated seats because they used too much electricity.

    RWD dealer configuration vs custom

I specced my RWD to the cost of a Turbo, idiotic really but I really do want something slower and having driven a base RWD it fits the bill perfectly. I also want all the bells and whistles, and Porsche are great at letting you do this. It’s your money spend it how you want.

    RWD dealer configuration vs custom

Old adage still holds “Buy the range you need not the battery you can afford“. Speed wise very little in it

Will charging door close automatically if you start driving?

The best thing about the motorised port is that you can’t knock the flap off with your legs. I managed to knock off 4 charging flaps on my Mercedes PHEV, absolutely stupid design for something that’s needs to stay open for so long.

    Nick Murray Taycan Base review

My RWD ended up with a ridiculous 50k of extras because I really didn’t want the extra speed but wanted most of the other stuff that comes with a Turbo, and I ignored the wife and ordered in Mamba Green with aurum mission e wheels.

Switching from Telsa Model S to Taycan 4S. Feedback from anyone who has done this?!

Cant comment really as not got my Tacan yet, but so looking forward to driving a proper car again. The 3 years of Tesla ownership quickly wore thin, the car is badly made, feels cheap and autopilot in the U.K. is vapourware at best. It’s quick, but once you get over that fact it’s really quite...

Fully Spec'd 4S or Base Turbo?

I had the same quandary. In the end I went for a ridiculously specced RWD as its a daily driver and will be living amongst other vehicles. Most importantly for me after living with a fast EV for the past few years I decided performance was the very last thing I required.
