I have never seen an explanation, but all EV's that I know of do not charge their 12v battery when off. There are many reports of 12v battery problems for other cars including 1d.3 and etron that i know of. Would be curious to know what the constraint is.

Does TMD show the ship you are getting on? While at port, at some point the next milestone (not yet met) started showing the ship name and it was accurate. I do feel really lucky but worried that I've used it all up. Will keep updating.
