Unless subsidized by the gov't, any insurance (life, car, health, home) will always favor the insurance company over the individual. Yet we all still buy these other insurance.
I bought an extended policy because because in my experience, any repair at the Porsche dealer in going to be a...
For the average driver in a non race enviroment, I think G-force measurement is actually more useful. It'll tell you how the car feels during acceleration, and isn't that what we're after? Let's face it, 99% of drivers will never take their car on the track, but many will mash the GO pedal...
I remember reading somewhere that the OEM launch mode only gets 2-3 seconds of additional power before reverting back to the non power level. Does your tune remove this restriction?
I made this 3d print mount that you can attach any generic magsafe charger to. As a bonus, it doesn't block the vent and you can see your phone if needed.

just use double sided tape/mounting tape on an apple magsafe charger and put it anywhere you want. It would also be super easy to make a 3d print block with a hole cut out to fit the magsafe puck.
Time to take it to the dealership, shame that it's only been 1 month since you owned the car. If it was me, I would be quick to return the car for a full refund.
It's not just the taycan but all Porsche. The upcharge for service at the dealership is just highway robbery. $6000 for brake pads on PSBC cars, $4k to change the 12v battery. And those are just Maintenance parts. I don't think you're getting out of any unscheduled service appointment for...
He said they fix most of the early electronic gremlins. He was happy with the car.
Got to remember that most people can't afford a Taycan or BMW/Audi. I don't think you can even get into any new car for <$200 a month with no money down.
I'm in the same boat. But I found that if I just ignore the warning, it will go away by it self. It may still be in the service screen, but it won't pop up when you first start the car.
Not to make any assumptions, but A lot of EAs are in Walmart parking lots, and usually in some far off dark corner of the parking lot. Walmart can be sketchy at night.
