that's was my logic - simply more demand on the battery. Now there is nothing wrong with this and I would be interested in trying this tune but logic tells me that I will likely hit my battery limits quicker which in turn possible quicker mean time to fail. No faulty of the tune.

Expensive tires (tyres ) and slightly worse miles per kw. For me the comfort was the same and I think I prefer ride of 21.

Thanks for providing this. This update to the warranty is pretty useless. The 8 year warranty isn’t extended but some minor components of the battery is included. Failed battery pack or degradation just falls under aging.

can you share a picture of this? when did you get the new warranty? I renewed by extended warranty in Nov 2025. I will try and pull this out for more info. EDIT: checked my terms. it does not mention HV battery.

Wasn’t the UK hit harder because of EV tax incentives? A lot of businesses and directors bought Taycans, wrote them off, and then returned them, leading to the big influx of used cars on the market. So far I’m very happy with my J1 and I’m hoping it lasts another 5–6 years.
