You might want to rethink the MagSafe holder. he back side of the MagSafe is for cooling and your design has enclosed that cooling area. I have no idea if this will be a problem.

I had a MagSafe holder that I had bought on Amazon. But you can just tape the MagSafe to the surface of the mount.

I just received my mount (printed for me by Shapeways.com). It came out great and fit's perfectly. I elected to mount a MagSafe charger to it. Thanks for the drawings and this incredible idea!
