If we update the PCM on J1 and take our car to service, would that raise flags with the dealer that we have software running that shouldn't be? Any potential warranty issdues with this?
Two options - Once you see a massive mileage drop take it in. however they may opt to fix only the blatantly faulty cells/packs - they only have to repair it to 75% original state per warranty
Other option is wait until you get the red circle. But that can happen at any time, without warning...
I had the battery repair performed in September 2024. Interestingly, my eflow app had led me to believe that there were a few cells that were going bad based on the bar graph they provide.
Awesome app btw, thank you!!
Came across a virgin set of 21” Cayenne Spyder RS wheels. Thinking about buying them and pairing with continental DWS06 305/30ZR21 and 265/35ZR1
Stock offsets for OEM 21’s is ET60 front and ET66 rears.
These would be ET46 front and ET58 rears.
Would the jump in offset upfront put excessive...
Is it possible to use a BT dongle, or does it have to be the wired one you recommend?
I use the Vgate iCarPro Bluetooth 4.0 with eFlow and Car Scanner Pro
Say we have the tuned ASG in for several months, and then have to take the car in for service. Would the original ASG show "gaps" in recording time wince it was removed? Could this raise flags for the dealer to investigate further?>
Thanks for the information! Does the performance upgrade have any impact on the longevity of the motors/batteries? Since more power is being applied/discharged more frequently, would this cause any early deterioration of the SOH?
I recently had the battery repair performed on my "20 4S. Being that it wasn't a full replacement, I know it's only a matter of time until the other modules/cells fail. I decided it would be prudent to monitor the battery health, so I bought an iCar Pro BLE 4.0 and the eFlow app. SOH is 86%...
Thanks Svenson. Thats what I assumed, but even when I floor the accelerator the value for the second Target Torque stays at 0. I Will try again at lunch. The App is great so far. Two more questions for you - is there a way to change torque units to lb/ft? And what would be a good resource to...
Downloaded the app yesterday, here's what I got. My '20 4S just had the cell module repair, and from what I gather the result is quite poor. I'm still reading up on how to interpret SOC and SOH, so any insight on these values would be really great.
Also, on the app there are two "Target...
